5. Ensuring That Health and Safety Regulations Are Met -Safety.

6. Selecting and Ordering Materials As Required. -Materials.

7. Organizing the Repair and Routine Maintenance of Production EquipmentRepair & Maint.

8. Supervising and Managing the Work of Junior Staff -Team Work

9. Organizing Relevant Training Sessions. -T&D

1. Minimize Attraction.

2. Ensure Meeting 100 % of Production schedules.

3. Ensure meeting all health & safety regulations.

4. Enusre 100 % quality as per customer specifications.

5. Punctuality.

KPI : ( Key Preformance Indicators )

1. Attrition to be managed at every levels.

2. 100 % production schedules to be met monthly basis.

3. 0 No. Of accidents on floor.

4. No customer complaints regarding quality.

5. Half an hour training sessions must be need in every week.

6. Attendance must be 100 %.

Skills & Knowledge of Production Supervisor

1. Confidence.

2. Technical Skills

3. Knowledge of Machine or Equipments used in particular or that department.

4. Organization and Efficiency.

5. Leadership Quality.

6. Problem Solving on behalf of Department Head or Plant Manager.

7. Team working Skills.

8. IT and Numerical Skills.
