The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in mechanical trade subjects, ensuring that students develop industry-relevant technical skills.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct classroom and workshop sessions for mechanical trade students as per ITI curriculum. - Teach core subjects such as Mechanics, Machine Tools, Fitting, Welding, Maintenance, and related areas. - Provide hands-on training on mechanical equipment, machines, and tools. - Prepare lesson plans, training material, and demonstrations for effective learning. - Guide students in practical assignments, workshops, and projects. - Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support. - Ensure safety procedures and workshop discipline are followed. - Stay updated with modern mechanical technologies and industry practices. - Support examinations, assessments, and student mentoring.Requirements:- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade. - Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, tools, and workshop practices. - Prior teaching/training experience preferred (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply). - Good communication and mentoring skills. - Ability to explain concepts in a clear and practical manner.Benefits:- Competitive salary - Career growth opportunities - Supportive and professional environment
