The project envisages to train 1000 ITI students on AC and home appliances skills under Dual System of Training
- Co-ordinate with ITIs and form batches for training
- Prepare the schedule of the batches and brief the students & ITI trainers regarding the same
- Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training
- Liasion with service centres regarding the attendance and work output of the students
- Conduct training sessions as per the field requirement and as per the feedback from the students
- Maintain the documents as per project requirement - id & address documents; attendance, assessments etc.
- Conduct assessments
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training and placements as per pre-defined formats
- Collate and report the attendance of students and staff on daily basis
- Provide mentoring support to students and resolve their grievances
- Liasion with stakeholders - ITIs, Directorate, Voltas etc. and provide updates on regular basis

**Specification**:

- The job demands extensive travel within Delhi/NCR & North Indian states. Travel to other states is rare, but may be required as per need
- Knowledge about ITI training system is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge like MS office is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
