**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Creating innovative, eye-catching short-form videos, infographics, animations, explainer videos, pitches, product launches, learning videos, webinars, demos, and GIF ads
- Demonstrating excellent editing skills, with expertise in illustration and animation
- Possessing solid graphic design and production experience that showcases how motion can take video to the next level
- Understanding how brand guidelines translate to video and ensuring that guidelines are followed
- Working well under the pressure of quick turnarounds and rising to creative challenges under tight deadlines
- Collaborating with colleagues to best support larger company goals
- Creating top-quality videos at scale for big brands that are seen by millions
- Collaborating with the creative team, marketing team, and overall management to understand the purpose and objectives of these video pieces
- Demonstrating a commitment to personal career growth with aspirations of elevating one's craft and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team

**What do we require?**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Lead Designer
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, Animate, etc.
- Accurate adherence to brand guidelines
- Ability to understand concepts and create relevant graphics
- Sophisticated, modern animation style
- Ability to research visual style, genre, and technologies to produce each individual project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with user empathy, research, concepts, storyboards, information design, branding, typography, color theories, layouts, grids, imagery, iconography, video editing, 2D/3D graphics, collaboration, and storytelling
- Ability to create concept art for characters, objects, layouts, backgrounds, etc., and to create animations that align with requirements
