**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Motion Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating motion graphics for a range of purposes, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and design guidelines.
- Utilize your artistic skills to create visually appealing animations and graphics that align with the brand's identity.

**2. Animation Production**:

- Develop storyboards and scripts to outline the visual narrative and animation flow.
- Design and animate characters, objects, and scenes to bring concepts to life.

**3. Visual Creativity**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging animation techniques, and design tools to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to your work.
- Think creatively to transform complex ideas into visually engaging animations.

**4. Software Proficiency**:

- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create animations and edit video content.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- **5. Research and Trend Analysis**:_
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of motion graphic designs.
- **Required Skills**:_
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a Motion Graphic Designer, specifically creating ads and promotional reels.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic design projects, including ads and reels.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
