**Role Description**

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, managing budgets, improving efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai.

**Field Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of field teams.
- Provide support and guidance to field staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Monitor field activities, address issues or challenges that arise, and proactively seek solutions to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in BTL marketing operations or field marketing roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of BTL marketing techniques, event management, and field activation strategies.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for event or campaign execution.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
