Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production: The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring that they are efficient, cost-effective, and of high quality. This includes managing staff, tracking production schedules, and ensuring that products meet company standards.

Supply chain management: The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing the company's supply chain, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that products are delivered on time.

Inventory control: The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing the company's inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and that products are delivered to customers on time.

Logistics: The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing the company's logistics, including transportation, distribution, and warehousing. This includes ensuring that products are delivered on time, and that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Continuous improvement: The Operation Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within the company's operations, and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing production processes, supply chain management, and logistics.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.

Ability to work independently, and to collaborate effectively with others.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
