**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management**:

- Enter and update accurate data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems.
- Maintain and organize records of student details, course materials, and other administrative data.
- **Data Quality Control**:

- Verify and cross-check entered data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Assist in generating reports for various academic and administrative purposes.
- **File Management**:

- Organize and manage digital and physical files systematically.
- Regularly back up data to prevent loss.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Support the team with day-to-day operations involving student registrations and academic material management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Higher Secondary (Class 12) or graduate.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30-40 WPM preferred).
- Basic knowledge of data entry software or CRM tools is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Other**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication skills in English and Bengali.
