Academic Counsellor - Digital Marketing Academy (Female)

**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Counsel prospective students and guide them about digital marketing courses.
- Address student inquiries and help them select courses that align with their career goals.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads to ensure successful enrollment.
- **Course Promotion**:

- Provide detailed information about the academy’s programs, certifications, and benefits.
- Highlight career opportunities available after completing the course.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a positive rapport with students and alumni.
- Resolve concerns or questions regarding the course curriculum or other academic aspects.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with trainers for scheduling classes or workshops.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Prepare regular reports on counseling and admission progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in marketing or communications is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to empathize with students and understand their learning needs.
- **Location**: Must be based in Nashik or willing to relocate.
