- **Operate the Tandoor**: Master the art of cooking with a tandoor oven, including regulating temperature and cooking time for various dishes.
- **Prepare Tandoori Dishes**: Create a variety of tandoor-cooked items such as kebabs, paneer tikka, tandoori chaaps, and bread like naan, roti, and kulcha.
- **Prep Work**: Prepare all necessary ingredients, including chopping vegetables, making dough, and mixing spices.
- **Innovation in Traditional Recipes**: Develop variations of classic tandoori recipes to keep the offerings fresh and exciting for guests.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Monitor the usage of tandoor-specific ingredients and communicate with the kitchen manager for timely replenishment.
- **Taste and Texture**: Maintain high-quality standards in the taste, texture, and tenderness of all tandoor-cooked items, ensuring that each dish is properly cooked and flavored.
