**Roles & Responsibilities - Indian Commi 2 Chef**
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare, cut, and marinate vegetables, meats, and spices for Indian dishes.
- Cook basic curries, gravies, rice, breads, and side dishes under supervision.
- Ensure proper use of recipes and maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock and reporting shortages.
- Follow instructions of the Commi 1, Chef de Partie, or Head Chef.
- Support during peak hours by handling assigned sections efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and cooked food.
- Participate in training sessions to learn advanced cooking skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
