Roles & Responsibilities – Indian Commi 2 Chef

  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Prepare, cut, and marinate vegetables, meats, and spices for Indian dishes.
  • Cook basic curries, gravies, rice, breads, and side dishes under supervision.
  • Ensure proper use of recipes and maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock and reporting shortages.
  • Follow instructions of the Commi 1, Chef de Partie, or Head Chef.
  • Support during peak hours by handling assigned sections efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and cooked food.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn advanced cooking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
