**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons for Grades 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize technology, creative teaching strategies, and hands-on learning activities.
- **Lesson Planning and Assessment**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments in line with school guidelines.
- Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and tests to measure student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage and support students' participation in class discussions, group projects, and problem-solving activities.
- **Student Development**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide remedial or enrichment sessions as required.
- Motivate students to participate in mathematics-related events, competitions, and Olympiads.
- **Collaborative Engagement**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies, curriculum planning, and school initiatives.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic performance and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in CBSE schools.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching methodologies.
