**Responsibilities**:
1. **Academic Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons for students from Grades 1 to 8.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to ensure students' comprehension and mastery of the Telugu language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Integrate technology and modern pedagogical methods into teaching practices.

2. **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Follow the school’s Telugu curriculum and ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Ensure the incorporation of culturally rich Telugu literature and traditions into lessons.

3. **Student Engagement**:

- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Identify and support the diverse learning needs of students through differentiated instruction.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

4. **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in school events, including Telugu language days, cultural programs, and literary competitions.
- Encourage students to participate in creative writing, storytelling, and other activities that promote Telugu literacy.

5. **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in language teaching methodologies.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and faculty meetings to enhance professional skills.

6. **General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain discipline in the classroom and adhere to the school’s code of conduct.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve academic goals.
- Take up any additional responsibilities assigned by the school management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telugu or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
- Proven teaching experience in primary and middle school grades.
- Strong command of the Telugu language and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
