**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / B.Sc. (Maths) + B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at middle school level (Grades 6-8).
- Strong command over English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and classroom management techniques.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and child-friendly approach.
