- A mechanical / production engineering Bachelor position with 15-20 years’ experience needed sound knowledge on principles, technologies, SAP QM module and theories; ISO / EHS / IMS certifications in specific fields will be required. Knowledge and hands-on experience of conventional measuring equipment Like vernier, micrometer, height gauges, shadow graph, hardness testing, spring force, various types of surface coatings etc and advanced equipment's like CMM, vision measurement, high end microscope, XRF based equipment etc is a must. Knowledge of various parts (and their inspection methodology) of Power distribution and Control devices, manufacturing technologies like Metal press parts, Injection and compression molding parts, thermoset / thermoplastic parts, machined parts, springs, gravity die and pressure diecast parts etc. is essential.-
- Activity also involves monitoring, supervising and coordinating inspection of parts inhouse or at supplier's premises, participating in various discussions with CFT and with supplier's team, making MOM, making 8D reports and closing with proper actions, using various reporting from SAP take out the data and analyze and take proper actions. Experience in participation in global Supplier Quality team meetings on monthly reviews or project-based discussion is preferred.
