where resources are valued where impact on the world is considered where sustainable energy is delivered optimally and efficiently It provides the flexible infrastructure to allow society to evolve and respond to changing conditions Technology and the ingenuity of people come together to be at one with our environments and to care for our world We do this from the macro to the micro level from physical products components and systems to connected cloud-based digital offerings and services Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation low- and medium-voltage power distribution switching and control and building automation fire safety and security HVAC control and energy solutions JOIN US WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS THIS IS YOUR ROLE Mission Acts as a value-add orchestrator to define and continuously improve quality of suppliers and their deliveries Guides and drives the supplier quality organization and foster the cross-functional collaboration with Procurement Quality Management Manufacturing and Logistics R D organization and or Project Management PM Ensures compliance of the SQM function with applicable legal regulatory and customer requirements Areas of Responsibilty Defines value-oriented SQ strategy to ensure timely supply of materials at competitive total cost of ownership basis Ensures and controls implementation of prevention-oriented SQM related methods and risk management in supplier related projects and products Identifies deviations and drive risk management for decision making and or risk mitigate measures Initiates continuous improvement actions and lessons learned across assigned SQM organizational units Ensures availability of relevant processes and supplier relevant data and fully exploits business intelligence using state-of-the-art advanced analytics and artificial intelligence Drives efficiency by implementing automated and digital end-to-end workflows ensuring seamless information flow across entire supply chain Ensures implementation and continuously improve the supplier quality part of the Integrated Management System IMS within the SQM community Contributes to the company s sustainability strategy and eco-system principles in the supply chain Drives and ensure SQM competency management and training system for required competencies in the area of supply chain and quality management as well as in data analytics Ensures talent recruiting through cultural appreciation and attractiveness of SQM Personality in catch words Detail-Oriented -
