**The Role**

As a **Mainframe z/OS**Automation Expert**at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.

There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

**Required**Technical and Professional Expe**rience**
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Automation tools like **Broadcom OPS MVS (CA-OPS/MVS)**
- Hands-on **REXX**programming**knowledge
- Maintenance & upgrades
- Perform z/OS automation software conversion/transformation
- Create integration between z/OS automation software and other platforms or tools, such as z/VM, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW, MainView,
- ServiceNow, Remedy, Netcool, etc

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expe**rience**
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- Good Communication skill along with expertise in domain knowledge and ITIL knowledge as well.
- Support integration of Service Now & CA-OPS/MVS
- Provide support to customers and internal z/OS software and operation teams
- Troubleshooting, finding root cause to issues and provide automation solutions
- Develop and implement new, proactive automation solutions
- Participate in various projects
