**Job Title**: Performance Marketer

**Location**:Kalyan-Dombivili, Thane, Mumbai

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

**Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**KPI Optimization**: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.

**Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to generate regular performance reports, providing insights into key metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

**Collaboration**:Work with cross-functional teams to communicate results and suggest strategies for optimization.

**Budget Management**:Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of ad spending budgets and managing ROAS.

**Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increased traffic and improved targeting.

**Industry Knowledge**:Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.

**Creative Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

**A/B Testing**: Implement A/B testing strategies to experiment with ad creatives, targeting options, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.

**Continuous Learning**:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
