**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic Junior WordPress Designers with a passion for creating professional, responsive, and visually appealing websites. This role requires a creative individual who can design industry-specific templates, interact with clients to incorporate their feedback, and deliver quality websites within deadlines using WordPress themes and builders like Divi and Elementor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop websites using WordPress, ensuring professional and industry-specific templates.
- Convert wireframes into functional, responsive HTML designs.
- Deliver high-quality and maintainable client websites using WordPress and WYSIWYG builders like Divi and Elementor.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure adherence to responsive design principles and frontend best practices.
- Optimize websites for speed and performance, including concepts like FCP/LCP, lazy loading, and WebP image formats.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-1+ years of relevant experience in WordPress web designing.
- Proficiency in WYSIWYG editors, preferably Divi Builder and Elementor.
- Experience creating wireframes with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with converting wireframes into HTML code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Designing, or a related field.
- Certification in web designing courses from NIIT, Aptech, or Arena is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in the eCommerce domain.
- Understanding of web page performance optimization concepts such as minifying CSS/JS, using CDN, lazy loading, etc.
- Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Exposure to CDN providers like CloudFlare or CloudFront.
