You will contribute to building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Nest.js and modern frameworks. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets social impact. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications and backend services using Nest.js. - Collaborate with designers, content teams, and digital marketing teams to implement responsive, user-friendly websites. - Integrate APIs and third-party services efficiently. - Optimize website performance, security, and SEO compliance. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards. - Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 02 years of hands-on experience in web development. - Proficiency in Nest.js (mandatory). - Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and Git. - Understanding of responsive design and web performance optimization. - Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies. Good to Have - Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Experience working with Node.js or Express.js. - Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar). - Prior experience in NGO or CSR project tech support is a plus.
