**Key Responsibilities**: - **Website Design and Development**: - Design and develop responsive websites using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.**: - Collaborate with developers to implement website functionality and ensure alignment with client requirements. - Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins. - **User Experience and Interface Design**: - Create intuitive, user-friendly designs that offer a seamless user experience across devices. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups. - Optimize website designs for performance, speed, and SEO. - **Website Maintenance and Updates**: - Regularly update content, fix bugs, and ensure the website’s functionality and security. - Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues. - **Client Collaboration**: - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design recommendations. - Present design concepts and prototypes for approval, making adjustments based on feedback. - **SEO and Performance Optimization**: - Implement SEO best practices in web design and content. - Ensure website load speeds, performance, and scalability. - **Graphic Design**: - Create engaging visuals and multimedia elements for websites, including banners, buttons, icons, and images. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all web assets. - **Stay Updated with Trends**: - Keep up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. - Experiment with new design approaches to continually improve website aesthetics and usability. **Key Requirements**: - **Experience**: - Minimum **2 years**of professional web design experience. - Proven experience working with **HTML**, **CSS**, **JavaScript**, and **WordPress**. - Familiarity with **Shopify,** front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and website builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) is a plus. - **Technical Skills**: - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress theme development. - Proficiency in designing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. - Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch. - Knowledge of website performance optimization, security, and SEO best practices. - **Soft Skills**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. - **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Application Question(s): - How many years of experience do you have in HTML, CSS, JavaScript? - Do you have experience in WordPress and Shopify?
