**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, and other front-end frameworks/tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing websites.
- Create engaging visual content using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and similar software.
- Ensure high-quality design standards, consistent branding, and an excellent user experience across all platforms.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular website maintenance and updates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in website design and development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify.
- Solid experience in using graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with client interactions and capable of managing client expectations effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of additional CMS platforms or e-commerce tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO techniques.
