**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Design**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create website layouts communicating the intended message and functionality.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Design responsive websites that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure designs align with current trends, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.

**Visual Elements**
- Create graphics, icons, images, and other visual elements that enhance the website's aesthetics.
- Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery to evoke desired emotions and enhance user engagement.
- Design engaging visuals for social media platforms that align with content strategies and resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure that the website's visual elements and social media graphics align with the company's overall branding strategy.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Three years of experience as a Web Designer, showcasing a solid portfolio of responsive web designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design frameworks.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and responsive design best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
