We are seeking an experienced marketing and sales professional for one of our clients who wants to promote its company's brand and services. In this role, you will be involved with marketing and sales strategies and plans, as well as preparing forecasts reporting to the marketing direct manager.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, products, and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing officer will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing or assisting in developing marketing and sales plans and/or optimizing existing plans
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the headquarter.
- Creating branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Executing the marketing department's plan.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows, major industry
- related events, and through marketing strategies.
- Performing market research.
- Analyzing social media metrics and trying to observe patterns of behavior.
- Connecting user behavior with a viable marketing strategy.
- Liaising with the marketing team to brainstorm a marketing campaign.
- Keeping abreast of social media trends.
- Communicating with leads to introduce and sales of products
- Meeting with leads to represent the products and initiate negotiation for sales
- Follow up with leads to meet their requirements or to assess their needs about the products and services
- Keeping informed of marketing and sales strategies and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least three years of experience in marketing and sales.
- Familiarity with Robokido’s software and hardware (robot)
- Proficiency in digital marketing automation software such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding, sales strategies, and sales funnels.
- Experience dealing with schools, teachers, and kids is a plus.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
