Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, documenting details accurately, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.

Perform engaging online demos to showcase our recruitment and general admin services.

Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

**Requirements**:
Proven sales experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Training or certification in sales and marketing techniques is advantageous.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and general administrative functions is desirable.
