**Job Summary**:
Call Centre Trainer for Aligners is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that empower call centre agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand customer requirement and offer solution. This role involves conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to ensure that training is targeted, relevant, and aligned with both business objectives and agent performance improvement. The trainer will also ensure that all training materials reflect the latest in product knowledge, and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Design and create specialized training programs focused on selling aligner products, including modules on product knowledge, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Develop comprehensive training materials such as sales scripts, role-playing exercises, e-learning modules, and presentations tailored to aligner products.
- Regularly update training content to ensure it is current with product updates, industry trends, and company policies.
- **Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Training Needs Identification (TNI)**:

- Conduct regular TNA and TNI to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and performance within the sales team.
- Analyze data from performance metrics, feedback, and sales outcomes to determine specific training needs.
- Collaborate with management to align training programs with identified needs and overall business objectives.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing team members with a focus on aligner product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, role-playing, and one-on-one coaching, to cater to different learning styles.
- Provide continuous training and support to help team achieve their sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing performance metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching, focusing on areas of improvement identified through TNA and TNI.
- Adjust training programs based on performance trends and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, agent progress, and outcomes from TNA and TNI.
- Prepare detailed report on training effectiveness and provide recommendations for future training initiatives.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. Certification in training or sales in the healthcare or dental industry, is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales environment, with at least 2 years in a training role, ideally within the healthcare, dental, or aligner industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to coach team to improve their effectiveness
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
