Experience: 5 to 6 years of work experience in teaching Primary/Secondary with minimum 3 years of work experience as a Vice Principal/ Secondary Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher.

Should be familiar with CBSE norms and should be able to guide the coordinators.

Excellent communication skills.

Good content knowledge.

Should be able to handle a team of 15-20 members

Should be proficient in Ms Word & Excel.

Daily Duties would include -Doing Observations, Auditing the branches, reviewing the Time Table, Staff Model, preparing Stationery Budget for branches, preparing SOP and guidelines for branches, Planning events and competitions, responding to mails from branches and academic team.

Should be responsible for academic implementation of Orchids Curriculum.
