Makes arrangements for personnel and equipment for Bottom Production.
- Provides direction of work, material, equipment, tools, and consumables to workers.
- Assuring there is no damage done to the shoes in the process of pasting Bottom.
- Assuring proper adhesive applied and there is no extra or shortage of adhesive.
- Ensure timely production as per the Production Plan.
- Setting the Production Priority on production line and changing the production sequence in case of emergency.
- Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition and tag and pull out of service items that are damaged, broken or malfunctioning.
- Responsible for checking, evaluating, and maintaining individual production of workers in his / her team.
- Making report of Daily Production.
- Work proactively on quality standards to reduce on shop rejection (FTR) and reduce wastages.
- Quality checking of stitching and solution applied by workers and assuring there no damage done to the shoes while stitching.
- Lead problem solving process in order to meet quality targets
- Create awareness among workers, supervisors and vendors on the best quality practices and standards.
- Enforcement and implementation of relevant section in the ISO and Quality Management System
- Ensure everybody is wearing PPE and following the Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Maintaining 5 S to keep working area neat and clean and to avoid accidents.
- Ensure there is no NC during EHS audits, create awareness among workers on EHS norms periodically
- Regularly drive EHS projects for reinforcement of EHS norms
- Manpower planning and control on workforce, ensure optimum utilization of man-days
- Training of employees to enhance their skill levels and to coach them in their performance.
- Build harmonious and conducive working environment with zero tolerance for any unethical, indiscipline or unrest in Team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
