Key Responsibilities**:Perform rework, touch-up, and repair of SMD components on PCBs as flagged by the AOI machine or QC engineers.** Use hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and microscopes for component replacement and solder joint correction. **Ensure that all reworked assemblies meet quality and reliability standards.** Assist in verifying AOI findings and report recurring defects or trends to the QC Supervisor. **Handle PCBs and electronic components safely to prevent ESD damage.** Maintain tools, workstations, and rework equipment in proper working condition. **Follow all company safety, ESD, and quality procedures.** Learn and correctly identify SMD component markings, orientations, and designations. **Collaborate with the QC and Production teams for process improvement and defect reduction.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
