- Desired Profile:

- We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales rep with strong phone presence and experience of dialling dozens of calls per day.
- Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program o Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
- Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
- Requirement o Ability to empathize with students and build relationships through conversations o Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota o Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills o Strong listening and presentation skills.

Qualification: Any Degree with minimum 1 year experience

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560041, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
