Ø Plan/Organize /Coordinate all the events

Ø Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues, parents and families and establish and maintain communication with parents of students in the program.

Ø Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Should be proficient in local language.

Ø Should possess excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with parents/guardians and understand their needs
