**Role Overview**:
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing services.

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.

2. **Campaign Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, content, etc.) to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating resources and managing timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.

3. **Client Support and Communication**
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Keep clients informed about new services, features, or updates that may benefit their business.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.

4. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, client feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms related to project management and reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
