**Sales and Marketing Intern**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and field sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Assist in generating and qualifying leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Schedule and conduct property tours and presentations
- Follow up with potential clients and address their inquiries
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- **Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the target audience
- Organize and participate in marketing events and promotions
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- **Field Sales**:

- Conduct field visits to potential clients and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2 wheeler and DL
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for real estate and sales
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
