2.Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
3.Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
4.Execute activities driven by data analytics.
5.Identify strategic business partnerships.
6.Implement new business collaboration plans.
7.Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
8.Promote good service performance.
9.Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
