Tender Executive

**Job Title**: Tender Manager / Coordinator - SAP Ariba & GeM Specialist
**Location**: Santacruz

**Job Summary**:
The Tender Manager/Coordinator will handle the full tender lifecycle using **SAP Ariba** and **GeM** platforms. This includes preparing and managing bids for public and private projects, ensuring compliance, and developing competitive pricing strategies. Follow up for Rates. Comparative and timely execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage tenders on **SAP Ariba** **GeM** & E-Procurement platformsetc.
- Collaborate with procurement teams for sourcing, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies on GeM and other portals.
- Develop competitive pricing and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor risk and compliance in tender submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Engineering**, or related field.
- **5+ years** of experience in tender management, with expertise in **SAP Ariba** and **GeM**.
- Strong knowledge of **procurement** processes and supplier management.
- Excellent **organizational** and communication skills.
- Working on MS office & other related software is a my must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
