
Customer Support Executive

**Requirements**:
- Should be ready to work on the voice process.
- Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.
- Should previously have sales domain experience
- Ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must have good command and fluency in English.
- Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries about product orders.
- Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio.
- Analyse customer issues and assist in resolving them within the required timeframe.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues.
- Manage all customer inquiries and summarize them to present to management.
- Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure the achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- Proven customer service and support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
