**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant Food & Beverage (F&B) experience in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, or luxury bars.

**Essential Areas of Expertise**:

- Prior experience in butler services or VIP guest handling in luxury hotel environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, luxury service standards, and SOPs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and refined guest etiquette.
- Ability to work extended or flexible shift hours as required.
- Willingness to provide service at manufacturing plants or offsite corporate facilities if needed.

**Critical / Special Exposure**:

- Impeccable grooming standards and polished etiquette.
- Background in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and proactive service orientation.
- Effective multitasking and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Canteen Management: Capable of managing SOPs, menu planning, and day-to-day canteen operations.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**VIP Guest Hospitality**:

- Welcome and attend to high-profile guests and clients.
- Serve beverages, snacks, and manage pantry service during meetings or VIP visits.
- Ensure executive meeting rooms are clean, fully stocked, and tech-ready.

**Executive Concierge Support**:

- Provide personalized service to C-level executives (CEO, Directors, etc.).
- Assist with tailored concierge requests and executive-level hospitality.

**Office Environment Management**:

- Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards of executive floors and lounges.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure a luxury experience.
- Manage inventory and supply of premium items such as refreshments, cutlery, and office fragrances.

**Event & Meeting Support**:

- Set up, coordinate, and serve during boardroom meetings, corporate events, and executive lunches.
- Liaise with catering teams and vendors for seamless execution of events and special occasions.

**Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Handle all executive communications and guest interactions with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
