**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Income Tax Compliance**
- Filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, and trusts
- TDS/TCS compliance, returns, and reconciliations
- Tax audits under Section 44AB
- Advance tax computation and management
- Form 15CA/CB certifications for foreign remittances

**2. Tax Advisory & Planning**
- Strategic tax planning for corporates, partnerships, and individuals
- Capital gains planning for property, shares, and business restructuring
- Cross-border taxation and DTAA planning
- Family tax and succession planning including HUFs and trusts

**3. Litigation & Representation**
- Drafting and filing of appeals before CIT(A), ITAT
- Representation before the Assessing Officer, TDS officer, and CIT(A)
- Response to notices under Sections 143(2), 148, 142(1), etc.
- Handling faceless assessments, reassessments, and appeals

**4. International Taxation & Transfer Pricing**
- Advice on inbound and outbound investments
- Determination of residential status and tax implications for NRIs
- Transfer pricing documentation and compliance
- Representation before Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO)

**5. Corporate Tax Support**
- Tax due diligence for M&A, PE funding, slump sale, and restructuring
- Tax structuring of business transactions and group entities
- MAT/AMT computation and advisory
- Dividend distribution tax (DDT) and related compliance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
