**Job Summary**:
MYCPE ONE is seeking skilled **Chartered Accountants (CA)** and **CA dropouts** with **3 years of completed articleship** and excellent communication skills to join our Rajkot Branch in **US Accounting & Tax**. Immediate joiners are preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment processing.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and trusts.
- Develop tax-efficient strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with US auditing standards.
- Prepare audit workpapers and verify financial statement accuracy.

**Shift Timings**:

- **For Females**: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- **For Males**: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

**Qualifications**:

- **Chartered Accountant (CA)** or **CA dropout** with **3 years of completed articleship**.
- Experience in **US Accounting & Taxation**.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
