**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Design Creation**
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling visuals that reflect Southern Gourmet Bites' brand identity and values.

**Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and imagery across all marketing assets.

**Content Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality visuals.

**Digital Asset Management**
- Optimize graphics for use on multiple platforms, including web and mobile.

**Print Design**
- Create designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and product labels.
- Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output.

**Innovation & Trends**
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and past work.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
