As a Designer, you will be a key creative force responsible for translating concepts into compelling visual designs using Adobe Creative Cloud or other designing tools. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and website elements.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms.

**Multimedia Content**:

- Develop engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance digital marketing efforts.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

**Conceptualization**:

- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of design concepts that communicate the intended message effectively.

**Adaptability**:

- Adapt design styles to accommodate different target audiences, industries, and campaign themes.

**Deadline Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
