**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, print collateral, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts and artwork as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design and development principles is a plus.
