Sales Logistics Coordinator---Job description

**Responsibilities**
- Generating leads, attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe freight carriers.
- Providing shipping quotes to customers.
- Booking orders with carriers.
- Assisting in the preparation of carriers for loads.
- Monitoring the status of loads.
- Working with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to coordinate.
- Scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintaining accurate records of pertinent activities.
- Informing customers about shipment status and assisting with other inquiries.
- Maintaining current knowledge of transportation market trends.
- Analyzing and improving logístical processes

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA, BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- US shift

**Experience**:

- International sales: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)
