**About the Role**:
We are hiring a passionate, creative, and user-experience focused UI/UX and Visual Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create a delightful and easy-to-use digital product in a fast-paced environment.

You will create functional and appealing features that address our client’s needs and help us grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Creating user flows, storyboards & wireframes.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in Design or Fine Arts.
- Should have a Strong portfolio showcase.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript skills, After effect/Premiere Pro would be a plus point.
- Some knowledge of usability factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
- Should be a critical thinker, problem solver and customer-centered.
- Should have a strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Should be excellent in written & oral communication.
- Should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
