We are actively seeking a skilled and dynamic French IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a French IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. This full-time position is based at our Hyderabad office.

**Technical Assessment**:
**Job Posting and Networking**:
Create compelling job postings tailored to the IT industry and promote them on relevant platforms.

Build and maintain a network of IT professionals through proactive outreach, networking events, and participation in online communities.

**Collaboration with Hiring Teams**:
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on the recruitment process.

**Documentation and Compliance**:
**Technology Proficiency**:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

**Requirements**:
**Fluency in French**:Proficient in spoken and written French with excellent communication skills.

**IT Recruitment Experience**:Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.

**Technical Knowledge**:Familiarity with IT technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

**Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and technical teams.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing IT recruitment needs and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
