To serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or workshop. The receptionist ensures smooth front desk operations, provides accurate information, handles inquiries, and directs visitors to the appropriate departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- **Customer Handling**:
- Provide basic product or service information to walk-in customers.
- Handle and resolve initial customer queries or complaints politely.
- Direct customers to Sales, Service, or Billing departments as needed.
- **Telephone Management**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to concerned departments or take accurate messages.
- **Visitor Coordination**:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.
- Inform the relevant staff about visitor arrival.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain appointment schedules for test drives or service bookings.
- Support basic documentation and data entry work as needed.
- **Daily Reporting**:
- Report any issues related to customer handling or operations to the Senior.
- Maintain a daily visitor and inquiry.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polite, professional, and customer-oriented behavior
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
