1. **Bank Entry Upload**: Accurately upload and manage bank entries using Busy software to ensure seamless financial tracking and reporting.

2. **Challan Creation**: Prepare and issue challans in Busy software for efficient inventory and financial management.

**3. Material Issuance**: Oversee the issuance of materials to technicians, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

4. **Payment Management**: Diligently manage and record credit and debit payments, maintaining precise financial records.

5. **Customer Advances**: Monitor and document customer advances, ensuring all prepayments are properly accounted for and reflected in the financial records.

6. **Financial Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

7. **Transaction Processing**: Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.

8. **Financial Reporting**: Generate regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyse financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

9. **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

10. **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.

11. **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documents and information. Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial controls and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
