**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Gather, process, and manage data from production, sales, inventory, and customer service departments.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics such as production performance, inventory levels, order processing, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data trends and suggest actionable insights to management.
- Maintain and update databases related to production, inventory, and sales tracking.
- **System and Software Support**:

- Ensure that all MIS-related software tools and systems are functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and troubleshoot any issues.
- **Database Management**:

- Administer and maintain the company’s databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
- Conduct periodic backups of data and ensure database performance and integrity.
- **IT Infrastructure Support**:

- Monitor and ensure the performance and security of internal IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the IT department to maintain hardware and software systems necessary for manufacturing operations.
- **Collaboration Across Departments**:

- Work closely with production, sales, logistics, and finance teams to gather data and provide insights that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing systems that streamline manufacturing operations and help reduce downtime.
- **Report Generation & Automation**:

- Design and automate MIS reports, improving the accuracy and timeliness of data delivery.
- Implement tools and dashboards that allow for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Process Improvement**:

- Recommend and assist in the implementation of improvements in MIS processes, systems, and tools to enhance productivity.
- Work on continuous improvement projects that support the growth of the electric scooter manufacturing business.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that MIS processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and data security regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, reports, and systems used for reference and audits.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience with ERP systems, data management, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Power BI, Excel).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, with advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting.
- Familiarity with ERP software and Business Intelligence tools.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
