**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and manage content for internal and external publications including newsletters, brochures, magazines, reports, and press releases.
- Oversee editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of all published materials.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to maintain content quality and brand consistency.
- **Public Relations & Media Coordination**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns.
- Organize and manage media interviews, press conferences, and brand events.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor media coverage and campaign effectiveness, and generate performance reports.
- Support social media teams with promotional content and copywriting for visibility.
- **Brand Positioning & Reputation Management**:

- Ensure the brand tone and messaging is consistent across all public communications.
- Proactively manage public image and support crisis communication efforts when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, or publications, preferably in media, corporate, or agency environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with publishing tools PR platforms, and media databases.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with digital content marketing and SEO-driven writing.
- Knowledge of media laws, copyright, and publishing standards.
- Network of media contacts in relevant industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
